Student ministries consists of groups for all ages up to 18 years old. Through Sunday School, Children’s Church, Gopher Buddies, and Olympians, we strive to create a safe, enjoyable, and profitable environment in which your student can grow and mature.
On Sunday, from 9:35 am to 10:30 am, we provide Sunday school classes for all ages and a nursery for babies and pre-schoolers. Within our Sunday school classrooms, your child will be receiving teaching from God’s Word that is applicable to their lives and to their maturity level.
During the worship service we provide a nursery from the start of service to the end of service. In addition, we provide a Children’s Church for children ages 4 through 8 which provides our young people with the opportunity to experience a real church service, but at their physical and spiritual maturity level.
Gopher Buddies and Olympians are the names given to our midweek Children’s ministries program. These groups meet on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the months of September through March and are provided for kids ages 4 through 5th Grade. Here your student will be refreshed and nurtured in a loving and caring atmosphere, reinforced through the teaching of God’s Word, and instructed to be ready to share their faith with others.
Illuminate is our student ministry for those who are in the 6th grade through 12th grade. We provide opportunity for our young people to meet every Sunday at 9:45 am for a Bible Study, and then on Monday evening at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for a time of fun and fellowship around God’s Word.
In addition, special monthly activities are planned to allow our young people to enjoy experiences outside the normal daily routine.
We realize that our pre and early teens are our future as a church and as a Christian community, and we are committed to providing a fun, yet Godly environment where they can feel at home and grow spiritually.
